This is for the upcoming NJ State Corrections Officer Recruit Entry Exam (TO BECOME A STATE CORRECTIONS OFFICER).
Applications will be accepted until May 31, 2017. Candidates interested in employment must submit an application and related fees. Candidates who took the 2016 State Correction Officer Recruit (SCOR), 2016 Law Enforcement Examination (LEE), 2016 Parole Officer Recruit and/or 2016 Parole Officer Recruit, Bilingual Sp/Eng exam and apply for this current announcement, will NOT be scheduled to take another exam. Instead, candidates will have their 2016 score (whether it was a passing, failing, or null score due to disqualification) applied to this current announcement and subsequent eligible list.
The tentative timeframe to administer the 2017 SCOR exam is August 2017.
